Each year The Opulent Showcase will host a showcasing event in The Greater Philadelphia Area providing attendees with lots of creative ideas and services.  We offer an exclusive shopping experience to serious shopping attendees ready to commit, allowing them to have options in their special event and business event needs.

The TOS Exhibit Venue: Exclusive Event Products and Services in One Place

Prior to the showcase; you will be asked to collaborate with an exclusive team of experts to create a showcasing design for one of three types of concepts as one showcase.  This will be your showcase section. ex.,

  • Weddings
  • Special events
  • Business events

The showcase will feature your specialty product and/or service in the industry as a collaboration with other supporting services.  This approach cuts down the normal expense it would cost you to prep for any other showcase or expo (i.e…if you are a rental company you provide just that…you’re rental items, selected photographer will display photography, if you are a florist all you need to provide are arrangements for the themed showcase section).  Each themed concept will display specific details of all participating exhibitor. 

In addition you’ll be provided with a booth section for attendees to visit and learn more about your services and to conduct 1-on-1 meetings with committed attendees.

On the TOS show floor you'll browse thousands of event products and find the perfect ones to complete your events. You'll be able to speak directly with a cross-section of industry vendors, establish face-to-face working relationships, negotiate prices and see products in-person.

What makes our show different from the traditional expos and bridal shows?  

This showcase is set-up to look and feel like a luxury event for Weddings, Special Events of all occasions including corporate Meetings.  We increase your odds by minimizing the competition for you; you’ll be 1 of 3 for your field of service.  The event is also a great place to network with colleagues, and peers, and meet industry notables.

$2,000 Confidence Registration Fee               January 1, 2016 to November 30, 2016

$2,500 Early Bird Registration Fee                  December 1, 2016 to January 31, 2017

$3,000 Full Registration Fee                           February 1, 2017 to February 29, 2017

What’s included in Your Registration Price:

This is a complete list of what’s included in your booth price. You will be responsible for providing everything else for your booth.

 

  • 8' high back drape
  • 3' high side drape
  • Table, 2 chairs, and linen
  • 5 Complimentary Exhibit Showcase & Booth Personnel Registrations per registrant
  • Your name on all published exhibitor lists (date sensitive)
  • Your company name and information on The Opulent Events by Gracie Website(s), mobile app and social media platforms with a link to your website
  • Company and Product listings in the official Show Directory (date sensitive), and Event Program, and Mobile App

 

Once registered, you will be uploaded on all sites for this event where attendees will learn about your services and have the option to request a 1-on-1 10 minute meeting during the showcase.  You will receive a roster list for the requested meetings in advance.

Doors open to general public at 7:30pm day of the showcasing event.

  • Day of Registration and Set-up:  (will be announced at a later date)

Exhibitor Registration

You'll need to generate a badge for all personnel.  Each exhibitor is allotted five badges for each registrant.


Press Registration

Badges & Badge Holders

Badges will be mailed to exhibitors in advance.  Please bring your printed receipt for registration payment, badges and confirmation email (paper copy or on your smartphone) and a photo ID onsite to registration.

Cost Saving Deadlines: Early Bird Rate available January 1, 2016 through December 31,2016. If you know you will attending the show and don't need all the details, register during the Early Bird period for the low rate.

There are a limited number of registrants, instead of being a part of a show of  thousands of exhibitors you’ll be a part of an exclusive average of 30 exhibitors in front of 400+ attendees.  Register early to make sure you reserve your spot to this event.  Full details on the event will be available once registration is close in February 2017.

Plan your TOS schedule before you arrive:

The schedule for TOS is unique and full of great things!  When you register for TOS, you will be able to choose the event type of concept you are interested in participating (ex., wedding, special events, or meetings).  Please Note: event concept choice may be limited by your registration type and choosing an event concept does not guarantee access.  Event concepts are available on a first-come, first served basis for approval.

Once registered, you will be uploaded on all sites for this event where attendees will learn about your services and have the option to request a 1-on-1 10 minute meeting during the showcase.  You will receive a roster list for the requested meetings in advance.

Registration FAQs

1.       Why a high registration? 

We are a luxury showcase with a specific target audience.  There are only a hand full of shows like this one around, and our rate fall in the middle of their price range.  We rather offer everyone one flat rate, giving all exhibitor an even playing field.  The other luxury shows don’t exist here in Philadelphia, if you are interested in the Philadelphia market and want to expand visibility with influential attendees then this is the showcase for you.  Showcasing Events represent the best the industry has to offer. Many attendees will attend to get cutting-edge ideas and services for their parties.  With limited competition and great exposure offered, this showcase will show great results on your ROI!

2.       Can I get a discount on Registration? 
Registration discounts are rare. Again we want to even the playing field for all exhibitors.  However, the lowest cost for registration is during “Early Bird” registration.  You’ll receive a discount as a confidence rate.

3.       What is Showcase Section and why is it different from Booth Section? 
Showcase Section is the area (like a booth) that you’ll be able to showcase your products, by collaborating with a team of other exhibitors and TOS as you would any ordinary event.  The showcase section will display information of all work from each exhibitor.  Leading attendees to visit your booth section to gather more information about your services.

4.       What can I expect from this showcase? 
The showcase is design to limit your competition, giving attendees an opportunity to be more focus on a smaller selection of exclusive exhibitors recommended by TOS.  Attendees will be given the opportunity to select the best exhibitor of their choice for their upcoming event needs.

What Sizes of Booths are Available?

Although TOS tries to accommodate requests for specific booth(s) and display space(s), TOS does not guarantee the assignment of any specific booth(s) or space(s) to Client. TOS may cancel booth upgrades (e.g. from a 6' booth to a 9' booth).  TOS reserve the right to assign booth in support of design display concept and space that’s available in the selected venue.  Check back for updates on event layout and floor plan.    


When Can I Set-Up & Tear-Down My Booth?

There are specific hours assigned for set-up and tear down of your booth. Setting up and tearing down outside of those hours is not allowed. Set up will take place on May 3rd 2017. Tear down will be on May 5th, 2017. As we get closer to the show, set-up and tear-down hours will be posted on this Web page.

How Do I Transport My Furnishings and Equipment to My Sections?

There are specific regulations about the size and weight of items that you can carry to your booth. Check back on this Web page for information outlined in the Exhibitor Services Kit in March.


When Can I Select My Booth For TOS 2017?

About two weeks prior to TOS 2017, you will receive an email with your assigned time for booth selection. Your booth selection time will not be in any particular format.


What Important Promotional Opportunities Should I be Aware of at TOS 2017?

In addition to paid Sponsorship Opportunities, there are several free promotional opportunities that will help you build traffic to your TOS 2017 booth and promote your company throughout the year. TOS offers three programs which allow you to easily invite your customers to your booth at TOS at a lower rate or free of charge: The VIP Pass Program and the URL with Link to Special Guest Pass. For additional information about either program, please contact one of our Showcase Account Managers at 215-376-5758 ext 5004.

Your company’s exposure on the TOS Web page begins within days of signing your TOS Exhibit Contract. You will be emailed your invoice, confirmation of all showcase specifics, and cash sponsorship opportunities.

Provide us your logo, description, contact information and product images for gallery. This will allow customers to find you and inquire about products even before the show! It is critical that you complete your company description by February, 2017. The official TOS printed Show Directory as well as the TOS 2017 Mobile Phone App reflects the company information that you have added to the TOS Web site.
